Caldwell Homes currently builds in: Chambers Creek (Willis, TX) The Highlands (Porter, TX) Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience, preferably in homebuilder marketing, to lead marketing efforts for Caldwell Homes. This is a fast-paced, data driven role that works closely with the onsite Sales Agents, the President of Caldwell Homes, and the corporate marketing team to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive traffic to support home sales goals. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a wide variety of strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, with a strong emphasis on ROI and lead generation performance.
