About The Position

The marketing manager will organize and execute events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to build brand awareness, nurture accounts, and generate leads in the North America market. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, supporting regional campaigns and customer engagement strategies through the planning and coordination of all field and customer events. This highly cross-functional role will work collaboratively with the entire marketing and sales organization to drive deeper engagement with priority accounts and support demand generation among targeted prospects in key segments and territories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work closely with sales to ensure goal alignment and closed-loop feedback on field marketing activities. We are looking for a dependable, customer-oriented marketer with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The marketing role will be responsible for: Developing annual event and demand generation strategies that support sales goals in specific segments and territories Managing field and customer event execution – including lead follow-up and tracking Overseeing external event management contractors, partners, and suppliers Owning the customer advocacy pipeline, including references, success stories, project videos, and cross-promotional opportunities, Maintaining customer project milestone celebrations and communications Adapting global sales and marketing content (presentations, booth messaging, brochures, etc.) for North America events and segment-specific marketing activity What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence? 5-7 years of experience Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline Experience leading field marketing and demand generation activities while ensuring efficient allocation of resources Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing campaign execution Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis skills You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
  • Experience leading field marketing and demand generation activities while ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing campaign execution
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis skills
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
