About the Opportunity Entech is a fast-growing, B2B-focused organization seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand strategy initiatives. This role is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and partner/channel engagement. The ideal candidate combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and understands how to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Required experience in HubSpot and HubSpot for Marketers Professional.
  • Required experience building website and landing pages in HubSpot.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing and demand generation
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute at a tactical level
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and marketing technology platforms
  • Experience developing content strategies that align with ABM and revenue goals
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data from multiple sources
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident decision-maker with strong collaboration and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented professional

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Drive qualified lead generation to support partner/channel recruitment and revenue teams
  • Lead integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Build audience personas and translate insights into compelling content and campaign assets
  • Manage performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid search, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, and conversion optimization
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across campaigns
  • Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align messaging and growth initiatives
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
