About The Position

The Opportunity Adobe drives strategic growth by partnering with global financial investors in areas such as Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Sovereign Wealth. The company uses its new go-to-market approach known as APC or equivalent experience. APC partners with Operating Partners and Portfolio Companies globally to unlock transformative value using Adobe’s coordinated technology. You will be at the heart of building and scaling APC’s marketing engine. You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing plan that deepens relationships, and drives value creation across priority portfolio companies. This high-visibility role reports into the Global Marketing Strategy & Operations team that drives leadership priorities. This role combines strong strategy aligned to account-based marketing, messaging and narrative development as well as execution of field marketing events and targeted digital campaigns with the ultimate goal being to position Adobe Private Capital as the essential partner for value creation through digital transformation. Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, ABM, and demand generation in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environments—experience with asset management, early-stage funding, or complex go-to-market ecosystems is a bonus
  • Proven track record of developing and accomplishing multi-channel marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue in global or enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management skills, including briefing and managing external agencies, event production companies, and creative partners
  • Analytical approach with revenue marketing principles; proficient in measuring campaign impact, attribution, and financial performance using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level presentation, storytelling, and written content creation
  • Passion for learning innovative marketing tactics, private capital trends, and digital transformation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple global programs simultaneously in a dynamic, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events, client engagements, and team alignment
