Overview: The Manager, Global Domain Experience will be an integral part of the Global Technology Experience team within Enterprise Technology Strategy and Planning that accelerates enterprise priorities, improves the global technologist experience, fosters a cohesive global culture and community, and continues to establish Fidelity as a leader in technology across the financial services industry. The team’s goals are to enable technologists to connect to enterprise priorities, key initiatives across Enterprise Technology, Fidelity Technology, and most importantly, each other. This role provides the unique opportunity to create new experiences from the ground up, and shape the future of the technology associate experience at Fidelity.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, marketing, communications, and/or event management, preferably in a technology company or organization
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders and teammates to execute global, integrated programs, preferably for a technology and/or innovation organization
  • Proven success in building relationships and fostering collaboration amongst multiple groups to ensure alignment of programs and to enable continuous improvement
  • Willingness to pitch in at all levels and tasks to help the team succeed
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to articulate concepts and ideas to influence projects and programs.
  • Participate in projects/work activities; at times leading by coordinating tasks, needs and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills; attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think and act quickly
  • Analytical skills with an eye for providing information that will enable effectiveness of projects and programs.
  • Knowledge of and strong ability to produce content for digital and social media channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)

Responsibilities

  • Support the mission of the organization by collaborating with the Global Technology Experience team and domains to help to unify programs and experiences across Enterprise Technology to align on and scale best practices
  • Ensure consistent and integrated messaging, and champion initiatives across domains.
  • These efforts are driven by clear alignment with enterprise priorities and key initiatives across technology at Fidelity.
  • In collaboration with Global Domain Experience teammates, you will use effective channels for communicating and marketing domain experiences that amplify new products, capabilities, learning opportunities, culture, and community.
