Job Responsibilities: -Execute personalized email campaigns for creators during key moments of the year (deal events, seasonal moments, and lifecyle initiatives) -Execute personalized push notifications to distribute key information to creators during critical points of the year -Support development of automation for cross-channel targeting of comms -Monitor current automation processes, manage reporting & recaps for lifecyle and engagement marketing channels, and drive program improvements based on data Paid Media: - Assist with paid campaign management (including but not limited to: reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, appending tags) Creator Education: - Partner with agency teams to review, track, and implement creator-facing assets across multiple channels, maintaining asset delivery schedules - Manage project timelines and dependencies using Asana - Moderate live webinars, managing participant engagement and responding to questions in real-time - Compile and organize post-webinar feedback and questions for future content development - Create regular reports on educational content performance and engagement metrics, track performance across KPIs and input into recaps and business review documents
