We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help build the foundation for a high-performing demand generation engine. This is a tactical, execution-focused role for someone who's excited to experiment across channels, figure out what works, and help us scale. You'll run digital ad campaigns (especially Google Ads), coordinate content creation and distribution, and execute targeted events and campaigns - all with the goal of generating qualified inbound leads. You'll report directly to the VP of Strategy and work closely with sales, with occasional collaboration with product and customer success. This is a builder role. You'll help us test different marketing motions, generate early results, and shape where we invest next. As we find traction, we'll bring in contractors, agencies, or additional hires to scale what's working, and your input will guide that evolution.
