Responsibilities

  • Lead and produce all marketing deliverables (e.g., qualifications, proposals), presentations and in-house planning meetings.
  • Hire, manage and develop the local marketing team.
  • Communicate corporate marketing strategies and goals to staff.
  • Proactively translate innovative and strategic ideas into proposal content.
  • Interview team members and strengthen all sections of deliverables.
  • Maintain internal partner relationships and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Participate in local annual business/sales planning and track project pipeline to ensure timely approvals.
  • Plan and track annual trade shows, award submissions, and major office meetings.
  • Represent the firm to clients, business associates and industry-related organizations.
  • Anticipate and proactively mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of prior marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry.
  • 3+ years of experience responding to high-tech manufacturing/advanced technology RFQs, RFPs and developing/facilitating presentations.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in writing, proofreading and editing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
