In this position, you'll be responsible for working alongside the Marketing and Leadership teams to plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support growth, visibility, and the reputation of ORA Orthopedics. You'll work to develop executable visions for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, web and broadcast networks. Additionally, you will oversee the organizational goals related to marketing and communications, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and business objectives of our practice. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high level care, maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations. As a member of our Marketing team, you'll play an exciting role in the continued growth and success of ORA Orthopedics.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Marketing and Leadership teams to plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop executable visions for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, web and broadcast networks.
  • Oversee organizational goals related to marketing and communications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Provide high level care, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and content creation, preferably in the healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience implementing and executing on marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, website content management, and analytics platforms.
