About the position

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive marketing initiatives across corporate branding, digital marketing, internal communications, and content development. This role is essential to telling the story of Farm Credit Bank of Texas 'FCBT' – both as a wholesale funding bank and as a provider of innovative banking technology and software solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across internal and external channels.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and evolve FCBT’s brand standards to ensure a consistent, credible, and engaging presence across all platforms.
  • Help translate complex ideas, financial or technical, into clear, compelling visual stories that connect with our audiences.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and maintain intranet pages that are useful, well-structured, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Write and edit engaging content across formats: email campaigns, brochures, intranet articles, presentations, video scripts, and web copy.
  • Support internal and external campaigns with tailored messaging that reflects FCBT’s dual role as a financial institution and tech enabler.
  • Contribute to social media efforts with copywriting, visuals, or light campaign planning support.
  • Work with the team to ensure strong digital execution – this includes email communications, website updates, and digital content coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams or outside agencies to develop branded materials, presentation templates, and UI/UX visuals.
  • Review creative assets to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from idea to delivery, as well as support project management of others in the team – ensuring timelines, expectations, and messaging remain aligned across stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with business, IT, and communication teams to gather input, manage reviews, and deliver final assets.
  • Occasionally support marketing for internal software tools and platforms with positioning, benefit statements, and light competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or B2B marketing – ideally with some exposure to financial services or enterprise technology.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in design collaboration tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and intranet platforms (SharePoint Designer) is a plus.
  • Experience with Word Press, Pressable, and other web building and design tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

Nice-to-haves

  • Highly collaborative with a proactive mindset – someone who owns their work and sees projects through.
  • Strong visual thinker – able to structure and design content that’s both intuitive and impactful.
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Curious, creative, and always looking to improve how we communicate our brand and value.
  • Experience in or a genuine passion for agriculture and rural communities, with an appreciation for the impact of ag lending and financial services in this space.

Benefits

  • Flexible health-and-wellness benefits, including medical insurance, prescription drug coverage, dental insurance, vision care, flexible spending accounts, and more.
  • 401(k) plan that includes an employer match and additional employer contribution.
  • Long-term disability and life insurance.
  • Vacation leave, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Option to use sick leave to take your pet to the vet for emergency services.
  • Up to five days per year to volunteer in local community organizations, services, or events.
  • Ongoing professional-development opportunities.
  • Generous tuition-reimbursement program.
  • Physical fitness incentive plan.
  • Employer matching gifts program.
