Responsibilites
* The ideal candidate is self-motivated, metrics driven, detail oriented and focused on execution
* Perform day-to-day management and execution of paid search marketing campaigns (clicks, budget, ads, conversion) using Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini Ads and Amazon Marketing Services
* Manage engagement and conversion optimization through A/B testing with tools such as Optimizely or other performance testing tools
* Help define and report on key marketing performance metrics; and manage marketing dashboard
* Keep pace with the changes in the SEM industries and trends to ensure compliance and efficiency with the latest SEM guidelines and algorithms
Qualifications:
Requirements
* 3-5 years of in-house SEM experience with proven B2B lead gen track record, agency experience also an asset
* Strong experience in Google AdWords, Yahoo/Bing, Gemini, Amazon Marketing Services
* Experience with third-party SEM tools (e.g. Marin, Kenshoo, SearchCenter) a plus
* Experience with Google Analytics and other online tools preferred
* Experience with MS Excel is a must
* Experience with Marketo is a plus
* Analytical, metrics driven and takes initiative, self-starter attitude
* Understanding towards ROI; spend, clicks and revenue
