Riverside PACE is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at PACE MacTavish in Richmond, VA!
Job Summary: Works under the general supervision of the Site Director and oversees the marketing, advertising and public relations functions for PACE. Fosters and builds relationships with various community resources, physician groups, discharge planners, civic leagues and other organizations for the purpose of generating referrals and educating on the benefits that PACE offers to seniors. Manages the PACE marketing and advertising budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources to accomplish business growth targets. Along with Site and Program Director creates and approves all marketing material to include brochures, advertisements and promotional items. Ensures PACE services are promoted at community events, conferences and health fairs to ensure business growth and community education. Participates in and helps coordinate the intake process.
Education: Associates degree in Marketing or relevant marketing experience in lieu of degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Marketing experience with home health, community health, long term care, senior services or other related field preferred.
Hours: M-F Days with occasional evening/weekend
