We have an immediate need for a tech savvy Marketing Manager to drive and manage all promotional programs for a prestigious multi-unit Financial Services giant in Northern & Central VA. Based out of our McLean, VA, office and working with our Corporate Marketing team, you will design and produce all communications, promotional literature, electronic signage etc. regarding dining programs, conference services and wellness & fitness initiatives supporting Client employees in (4) locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* To increase participation and drive top line sales in caf?, catering, conference and dining operations
* Lead process to develop a robust promotional calendar for cafe & outlets
* Ensure promotional calendar package contains all appropriate information and is shared with clients in a timely manner
* Uses approved design programs to produce marketing collateral
* Lead a monthly Marketing Meeting to gain client feedback on new initiatives
* Ensure effective tracking of new initiatives
* Develop a Visiting Chefs program with local restaurants to be featured at Chefs Table
* Develop relationships with local vendors to feature products at caf? and outlets
* Work directly with client group on green initiatives (GRA) & marketing of the same
* Review and upgrade Wellness program with firm guidelines and expectations in mind
* Support the introduction of the sustainable dining program
* Conduct monthly pre-meal focusing on importance of marketing & communication at the unit
* Coordinate daily signage and development of marketing material
* Coordinate the development of the Business/Marketing plan
* Review need for surveys & focus groups with client Quarterly Directors Lunch
* Review need for RA Website as presented to client group
* Manage comment card/feedback process for effective communication with participants
* Execute an effective catering showcase
* Engage with VP of Marketing & showcase units to bring best practices to the unit
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
* 3-5 years minimum direct food service experience
* International or global culinary exposure needed; Food Publishing knowledge desired
* Design and merchandise knowledge beneficial
* Highly Effective and proven presentation, written and oral communication skills
* Possess Quality Customer Services orientation and demonstrated ability to work with various people that influences and builds commitment
* Business acumen regarding marketing strategies that grows the business
* Is a self-starter; maximizes own potential with a results orientation
* Attention to detail, including spelling, proofreading, and editing
* Demonstrated skill in handling multiple tasks and highly organized
* Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
* Flexible schedule
