Our Commercial Team is driven to achieve ambitious and profitable growth across all markets and brands, focusing on long-term goals while solving problems swiftly and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Support local offline partnership initiatives to drive new and repeat orders.
  • Implement in-store collaborations with multiple brands according to our annual planning, focusing on peak moments like Mother's Day and Christmas.
  • Request brand assets from the Brand team and ensure distribution of necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with the Partnerize team for the management of the bloomon NL affiliate program.
  • Update text links and visuals based on seasonal changes.
  • Maintain and support the expansion of the portfolio of ongoing commercial collaborations.
  • Research potential brands for commercial and brand-level partnerships.
  • Contribute to building our marketing strategy in the Netherlands.
  • Manage ongoing orders from existing B2B clients and ensure clear oversight for the Warehouse and Central Operations Planning team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial partnerships or (affiliate) marketing.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a proven track record of impacting commercial results through marketing activities.
  • Good understanding of the Dutch market and customer behavior.
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and pay attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
