THE MARKETING OPERATIONS & ANALYTICS MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND MANAGING THE ANALYTICS, REPORTING, AND OPERATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE THAT SUPPORTS DATA DRIVEN MARKETING STRATEGY. THIS ROLE INTEGRATES ADVANCED MARKETING ANALYTICS, AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS, AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING TO IDENTIFY INSIGHTS THAT IMPROVE CAMPAIGN EFFECTIVENESS AND DRIVE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION. THIS POSITION WILL LEAD MARKETING ANALYTICS AND OPERATIONAL PROCESSES ACROSS KEY PLATFORMS INCLUDING HUBSPOT, GOOLE ANALYTICS (GA4), GOOGLE TAG MANAGER (GTM), AND DATA WAREHOUSE TOOLS. THE ROLE WILL OVERSEE MARKETING AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS, EMAIL MARKETING STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE, AND REPORTING FRAMEWORKS THAT SUPPORT MARKETING OPTIMIZATION AND BUSINESS DECISION MAKING.
