About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our growing health and performance brands, Spot Pal and Sport Pal. Based in our East Yaphank office, this role combines marketing execution with operational support and will work closely with leadership to help manage day-to-day business activities and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with Kajabi, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Google Ads, and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A self-starter who can manage multiple projects
• Organized, proactive, and creative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Interested in health, wellness, and performance

Responsibilities

• Assist with order fulfillment, invoicing, and administrative coordination
• Monitor office email, website chat, and customer service calls
• Help build and manage educational courses in Kajabi
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo and Shopify
• Design and schedule social media content
• Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Assist with Amazon Seller Central management
• Coordinate provider and affiliate partnerships
• Assist with PR and marketing projects
