This is not a desk-based marketing role. Instead, you’ll: Spend ~15 hours per week focused on marketing strategy, brand storytelling, community partnerships, and social media Spend the majority of your time leading alongside our team in restaurant operations, because that’s where brand, culture, and guest experience actually come to life If you’re energized by live environments, people leadership, and hands-on execution, this role offers a rare chance to own how a nationally respected brand shows up locally, every day. No restaurant experience? No problem. If you’ve led teams, worked in hospitality or customer-facing environments, or executed events, promotions, or community initiatives, we’ll train you in Chick-fil-A’s proven systems. Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing, promotions, fundraising, or community engagement
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Creative, results-driven, and people-oriented
  • Experience with brand identity, positioning, or awareness campaigns
  • Willingness to work in both marketing and restaurant operations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute local brand strategy and storytelling
  • Build relationships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups
  • Lead social media and Chick-fil-A App engagement
  • Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and product launches
  • Manage a monthly community donation budget and outreach initiatives
  • Lead and develop restaurant teams in day-to-day operations through hands-on modeling, coaching, and mentoring
  • Partner with catering teams to grow outside sales
  • Drive inside sales through suggestive ordering and guest engagement
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve overall restaurant performance
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings and help set cross-functional goals
