Responsibilities
- Own and respond to Marketing Support tickets
- Assist in completing transition items outlined in smartsheets
- Assist in completing closeout items outlined in smartsheets
- Assist in completing new construction items outlined in smartsheets
- Social Media Management
- Domain Management
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of various property management systems, lead management platforms, AI leasing tools and ILS feeds
- Working knowledge of integration errors and best practices for troubleshooting
- Mastery of lead management workflow and implementation
- Experience with business listings and social media account management
- Experience with in-depth integrations and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution oriented
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to work hands-on in a performance based, fast-paced environment
