About The Position

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of the marketing department’s strategic initiatives and projects. Working directly with the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Operations Specialist monitors, tracks, and ensures timely completion and execution of marketing tasks. Obsessions in this role will be organization, project tracking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time to ensure deadlines are being met.

Requirements

  • Experience using project management tools and methods

  • Superior proofreading abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor and track Marketing projects plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Consult with the Marketing Operations Manager to outline workplan, timeline, and assignment of duties and responsibilities.
  • Regularly review and share metrics and timelines to ensure appropriate progress, especially related to strategic longer-term Marketing projects/initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Remain knowledgeable in the policies and regulations of the regulatory bodies and firm to ensure compliance with all work activities.
  • Apply good judgment and have the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities.
  • Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive to the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide a client experience beyond expectations.
  • Support all internal and external Credent Marketing initiatives.
  • Support tracking and reporting analytics of marketing campaigns through various analytical platforms.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
