Marketing Outreach Assistant - Evo at Cira Centre South (Student Living)

About the position

Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate company offering expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events, and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events.

Responsibilities

• Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
• Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
• Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
• Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
