We're seeking a future team member for the role of Integrated Planning & Program Manager to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role is located in New York, NY - Hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the quarterly and annual planning process for marketing and communication programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs while creating a clear roadmap for execution.
  • Develop scalable planning and program activation frameworks that help teams outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess capacity, allocate resources effectively and balance priorities across competing initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing and communication teams, including creative, digital, content, social, etc. to ensure alignment and seamless execution of multi-channel programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and executing innovative, multichannel marketing and communications programs and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels.
  • Experience in resource allocation, capacity planning and managing competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to measure impact, recommend improvements and optimize program performance.
  • Highly organized with proven end-to-end program management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow and program management tools; experience with Workfront a plus.
