The Marketing Production Coordinator will work closely with the manager, creative and program supervisors, graphic designers, marketing coordinators, and vendors. This role coordinates all aspects of print production jobs including defining and confirming print production specifications, researching and preparing scopes of work, and reviewing estimates to recommend vendor awards. The coordinator will initiate the electronic requisition process to issue purchase orders, review print-ready files, and send files to vendors. Additionally, the role involves coordinating scheduling of jobs, reviewing production proofs for accuracy, providing proof approvals, and ensuring final deliverables meet quality standards. The coordinator will also resolve or escalate production or vendor issues, oversee makegoods, and review invoices for accuracy before submitting them for payment processing. Other duties of similar nature and level may be assigned as needed.
