About the position

We’re looking for a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager to support, scale and enhance our primary provider annual sponsorship program. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and provider management - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day execution. In this role, you’ll participate in program creation, execute and manage sponsorship deliverables, providing measurable value to both internal stakeholders and external provider partners. You’ll also act as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment, accountability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 sponsorship packages to meet marketing and revenue goals.
  • Independently manage provider marketing programs across web, email, content, events, and more, driving timelines and processes to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Own tracking of sponsorship commitments, sales and collections to ensure program accountability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Provider Management, Sales and external provider partners - ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent progress.
  • Lead regular cadence calls and enable seamless cross-functional collaboration to support program success.
  • Establish reporting frameworks that showcase program ROI, and performance to leadership and provider stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.
  • Share learnings and best practices across teams to elevate marketing effectiveness organization-wide.
  • Partner with internal teams to build and launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns that reflect program priorities and business goals.
  • Track key metrics and campaign KPIs to uncover insights, continuously testing and refining strategies for great impact and stronger results.
  • Design and implement upsell and cross-sell strategies that enhance provider ROI and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing program manager in Technology industry.
  • Experience executing and measuring marketing programs.
  • Proven experience in project management with expertise in negotiating fast-changing schedules and juggling numerous projects at the same time.
  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and adapt priorities according to feedback and business needs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast and solve problems to get things done.
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred.
