The Marketing Coordinator will support and streamline the execution of marketing campaigns across our diverse portfolio of Nelnet Business Services brands. This role will support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns by managing project timelines and priorities, coordinating asset creation, and ensuring brand alignment across all touchpoints. You’ll be the link between marketing managers, creative teams, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timelines are met and that every deliverable is on-brand and within budgets. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple deadlines while enabling teams to focus on strategy and storytelling. You’ll also help evolve our creative workflows, manage brand assets in our digital asset management (DAM) system, and support data-informed decision-making that enhances marketing performance.
