Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Film and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) at closings, office moments, and team activities
  • Manage online advertising initiatives
  • Capture behind-the-scenes culture content
  • Collaborate with agents to elevate their listings and personal brands
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Strengthen brand recognition across markets
  • Listing presentations and property marketing materials
  • Flyers, brochures, and recruiting collateral
  • Business cards and agent branding assets
  • Office signage and internal materials
  • Creation and maintenance of brand style guides
  • Oversight of logo usage and brand standards
  • Revamp marketing workflows and internal processes
  • Improve efficiency and reduce errors across marketing systems
  • Develop scalable procedures and documentation
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments
  • Develop and update recruiting presentations and materials
  • Maintain recruiting assets aligned with company branding
  • Support recruiting initiatives through marketing campaigns
  • Source and maintain on-brand items for complimentary closing gifts
