MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR Position Summary: The Marketing Project Coordinator works with and reports to the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for helping to coordinate and track various marketing plans and activities for the Ken Garff automotive dealerships. This position will also collaborate closely with the Digital Services, Creative Services, Media, and Regional Marketing Manager teams as well as preferred agencies and vendors. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project Coordination, Tracking, and Trafficking At the direction of the Senior Project Manager (PM) and in conjunction with the corporate Digital Services and Creative teams track the status and delivery of requested marketing assets on an ongoing basis. Communicate regularly with the PM and Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) on the status of pending marketing assets and projects. Assist in execution of all Ken Garff dealership marketing activities where needed. This includes but is not limited to: Manufacture co-op compliance, pre-approvals, documentation collection and reimbursement submissions Digital – Website updates, Social Media efforts, online directory updates, third-party inventory listing site management (AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com, etc.), digital advertising execution, etc. Billing and invoicing Traditional production – Television, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Direct, Events, etc. Traditional media trafficking State regulations and compliance List management Workflow management Other marketing tasks as assigned Reporting Gather and assemble relevant dealership marketing performance data for analysis. Track and report on relevant market, manufacturer and competitor trends. Gather and compile monthly billing. Gather and compile manufacture co-op documentation for reimbursement. Quality Assurance Take ownership of dealership marketing compliance adherence regarding manufacturer and company standards and requirements Audit and ensure accuracy and quality of all marketing assets delivered by the Digital and Creative teams Assist in the tracking and managing of dealership co-op funds and ensure manufacturer qualifications are continually satisfied Regularly audit dealership digital properties such as the website, social media profiles, third-party listing profiles, local search directories, and search results for proper functionality, accuracy of information, performance, best practice adherence, and Ken Garff branding standards You're in for a great ride (excuse the car metaphor) We're not your standard dealership or group of dealerships and we're pretty darn proud of that.
