About The Position

No prior marketing experience is required. As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant , you will support live events, brand activations, product launches, and promotional marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands while developing valuable marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills .

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, brand promotions, advertising, or event marketing
• Outgoing personality and confidence interacting with new people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Represent brands at live marketing events, pop-up promotions, and experiential campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and product interest
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Support event setup, coordination, logistics, and breakdown
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights to improve marketing performance
• Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and event teams to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional brand presence
