We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications efforts for our Dallas, TX operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and proactive team player with marketing and corporate communications experience—preferably within heavy construction, engineering, or related industries. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives that elevate the Felix brand, support project pursuits, engage employees, and strengthen our presence in the communities we serve. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, recruiting, and leadership to ensure our story is told clearly, consistently, and authentically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing, social media management, or event management experience in a A/E/C industry highly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new, better or unique ideas.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Must be self-directed and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in Dallas, but as part of a corporate team in Phoenix.
  • Strong integrity and work ethic are critical.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics highly desired.
  • Basic photography skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, community events, sponsorships, and networking activities.
  • Plan and execute company-hosted events, including the Dallas Christmas Party, Company Picnic, Felix Kids Day, Service Anniversaries, and trainings.
  • Support recruiting with branded collateral and materials for career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining content for social media, presentations, website, employee communications (Bamboo), and print materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather project stories, client testimonials, and case studies that showcase Felix’s work and values.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, project sheets, presentations, newsletters, and event materials—ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  • Research and apply social media best practices to grow engagement and reach with target audiences.
  • Use social and market analytics to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
  • Maintain an organized marketing calendar and support timely execution of all marketing activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM database, including updates to personnel, projects, and opportunities.
