About The Position

As an MGM Rewards Representative, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. By taking the time to understand their unique stories and what they need, you’ll help create meaningful WOW moments and memorable experiences they’ll carry with them long after they leave.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience required
  • Availability to work the 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
  • Coordinate reservations for our preferred players at restaurants, hotels and for transportation
  • Assist customers while maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all guests, ensuring the highest level of guest experience at all times.
  • Assist guests with their needs and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly
  • Confident in using computer software and front desk technology
  • Capable of managing a variety of tasks, without losing attention to detail
