Haley Residential is seeking a part-time, temporary Marketing & Sales Intern who is eager to make a difference. In this role, you’ll help lead the setup of our Marketing & Sales systems to support our property teams' success. Position Purpose The Marketing & Sales Intern supports the Marketing team by assisting with digital listings, marketing assets, and data organization to ensure our communities are accurately represented online and positioned to attract prospective residents. This role provides hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, listing management, and marketing technology while helping improve lead generation and marketing efficiency across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy student with an interest in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies such as AI. They are organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple online platforms while ensuring information is accurate and up to date. This individual enjoys research, troubleshooting, and improving processes, and can work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team. The role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience with digital listings, marketing tools, analytics, and marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Is currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital marketing, online listings, and marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools.
  • Ability to learn new software and online platforms quickly.
  • Alignment with company values and professionalism in working with team members and partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative "how can I help?" attitude.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic experience with Canva, Google tools, or similar design and organizational platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Claim and verify property listings across platforms such as Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing, and Facebook, and help resolve listings that are stuck in “in review” status.
  • Compile and organize accurate “in select units” amenity information for property marketing materials and online listings.
  • Create AI-enhanced moving photo tours as a cost-effective alternative to 3D tours.
  • Organize and maintain Canva design files and marketing assets to ensure brand consistency and easy team access.
  • Assist with testing vanity phone numbers and lead routing to confirm inquiries are properly directed to the leasing team.
  • Models the work performance, work ethic, attitude, and behavior expected of all team members
  • On-time, consistent attendance is an essential function of the position.
