* Must type 30 WPM.
* The ability to multitask and problem solve.
* The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written in order to best represent the DIRECTV name.
* A positive attitude and a high energy level brought to every call, every time.
* Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Flexible availability for 1st or 2nd shift.
