We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales teams – enhancing our go-to-market strategies and empowering our commercial force to convert more effectively. Leaders work with their teams to determine the right balance for working in-person and remotely, considering the needs of the business, our clients, cross-functional projects, individual work, and individual preference. This role is a hybrid role, with a requirement of one day per week in the Detroit office, with additional days as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our product team to develop clear and compelling product positioning aligned to target customer personas
  • Create sales tools and content to empower efficient sales efforts and partner with internal team members to deliver persona-driven launch, training and engagement materials
  • Collaborate with product and sales to produce resources that address customer objections and pain points
  • Craft data-backed success stories, case studies, and insights that elevate sales conversations
  • Champion feedback loops to continuously evolve sales enablement strategies
  • Co-lead the annual marketing planning process and oversee implementation of all associated campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution of paid media, earned coverage, and social efforts
  • Co-lead the development of our industry event and sponsorship strategy. Oversee logistical execution and ROI optimization, leveraging a marketing associate and external agency resources
  • Lead development of high-impact content including whitepapers, articles and assets to support owned and paid channels, leveraging external partners
  • Align messaging and readiness across marketing, product, and sales teams for seamless product launches
  • Evaluate and iterate campaigns based on performance analytics and sales feedback leveraging HubSpot
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, recommending optimizations tied to ROI

Requirements

  • University degree with concentration in marketing and/or business required
  • 3-5 years related work experience required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Design Software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
