About The Position

As a Marketing Specialist you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. We are looking for a marketer who possesses both broad knowledge across various disciplines and deep expertise in the areas of Email and other digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing B2B digital marketing projects is a must;
  • Broad knowledge across various marketing disciplines desired;
  • Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing campaigns;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to optimize campaign performance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Salesforce is required;
  • Experience with HubSpot or other digital campaign software is preferred;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and best practices;
  • This position is located in Louisville;
  • This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 working from home;
  • Some travel required, 5-10%, to support trade shows or other activity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus;
  • Experience with ZoomInfo is a plus;

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, drive conversions, and grow our subscription program via HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalized messaging to deliver relevant content to different audience segments.
  • Develop clear marketing KPIs and Monitor email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and manage a weekly marketing calendar of future campaigns, collaborating often with branch leadership to obtain VOC for campaign requirements/needs.
  • Manage HubSpot account, crafting landing pages, emails, workflows, and forms to aid lead generation.
  • Manage form automation to ensure customer leads flow from HubSpot to Salesforce and connect with proper salesperson for lead follow-up.
  • Assist in ZoomInfo data collection and territory mapping of customers and competition via Power BI software for developing strategic marketing intelligence for data driven decisions related to new branch locations and acquisitions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Update marketing materials including flyers, signage, website content and e-mail campaigns.
  • Work closely with product manager and sales to design materials and campaigns to promote products, services and initiatives.
  • Manage the posting of content and collection of data from the AAF P&I LinkedIn pages.
