About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to support a group of commercial real estate brokers. This role focuses on creating high-quality marketing materials for property listings, proposals, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually creative, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in marketing or related field
• Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required) Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience creating and editing professional marketing collateral
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Commercial real estate marketing experience
• Experience creating offering memorandums or broker proposals
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact)
• Visually strong design portfolio

Responsibilities

• Property Marketing Coordination
• Attend strategy sessions with brokers and internal team members
• Create and publish marketing materials within defined timelines
• Design property brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, maps, and flyers
• Develop eblasts and email campaigns
• Maintain and enforce company branding standards
• Create graphics and print materials for events and open houses
• Deal & Proposal Support
• Support critical deal-making activities and proposal creation
• Develop marketing presentations and graphic proposals
• Prepare property surveys, maps, and aerial materials
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for financial and research data
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables
