About The Position

Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and accelerate growth by developing, executing, and analyzing strategic marketing initiatives across the food & beverage industry. This role will strengthen Sharpe’s market presence through data-driven campaigns, digital strategy, content development, and brand positioning across process, packaging, automation, and compliance solutions. Working closely with Technical Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Specialist will translate Sharpe’s technical expertise into compelling messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution (B2B or industrial required).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and evaluating metrics.
  • Proficient in digital platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM/marketing automation tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and sales goals.
  • Oversee social media strategy, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Support SEO/SEM efforts, website updates, and digital content improvements.
  • Conduct industry research to evaluate trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Produce high-quality content including social media posts, blogs, presentations, trade show materials, and case studies.
  • Maintain marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external creative partners to develop videos, graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all platforms and materials.
  • Support public relations, press releases, and trade publication submissions.
  • Assist with internal communications that reinforce Sharpe’s culture and brand identity.
  • Support planning, preparation, and on-site execution for events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings, including attending and representing Sharpe as needed.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, promotional materials, lead capture, and post-event follow-ups in coordination with Sales and Leadership.
  • Work with Business Development to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with Sharpe’s growth priorities.
