About The Position

The Marketing Specialist supports demand generation and sales enablement initiatives designed to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing and supporting sales cadences, marketing outreach programs, and sales enablement resources that help convert marketing engagement into customer revenue conversion. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role helps translate marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs into structured sales outreach that drives customer response and engagement. This role will execute the hybrid digital and human outreach strategy defined by the Director of Growth Marketing and Strategy, partnering closely with the Demand Generation team to drive aligned, high impact execution. This includes testing and optimizing cadence content and flow based on engagement and revenue results. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Sales Enablement team members to develop high impact cadence messaging, drive utilization of sales enablement tools, and ensure teams have the resources needed to engage customers effectively.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to translate marketing campaigns and promotional programs into sales outreach and enablement content
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review engagement data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with common marketing and sales tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement roles
  • Experience writing rep-voiced marketing or sales outreach messaging such as email campaigns, cadences, or promotional communications
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Highspot or similar content management platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales cadences within Salesforce across sales channels
  • Align cadence messaging with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs
  • Write and refine cadence messaging including email copy, subject lines, and calls to action designed to drive customer engagement and response
  • Support testing of cadence messaging within targeted customer segments and refine based on engagement data and feedback
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cadences are properly implemented and supported with the right marketing content
  • Ensure cadence messaging and sales outreach content align with prospecting and selling best practices.
  • Maintain and organize sales enablement resources within Highspot to ensure all sales teams have access to current marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Support onboarding and training of sales teams on Highspot resources and tools
  • Assist in development and updates of sales plays aligned with key marketing initiatives
  • Support development of monthly Digital Sales Rooms to enhance customer engagement
  • Coordinate product sample ordering for demand generation initiatives and outreach programs
  • Serve as marketing support and coordination for industry AE events
  • Assist with reporting and tracking of demand generation initiatives and cadence performance
