The Marketing Specialist supports demand generation and sales enablement initiatives designed to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing and supporting sales cadences, marketing outreach programs, and sales enablement resources that help convert marketing engagement into customer revenue conversion. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role helps translate marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs into structured sales outreach that drives customer response and engagement. This role will execute the hybrid digital and human outreach strategy defined by the Director of Growth Marketing and Strategy, partnering closely with the Demand Generation team to drive aligned, high impact execution. This includes testing and optimizing cadence content and flow based on engagement and revenue results. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Sales Enablement team members to develop high impact cadence messaging, drive utilization of sales enablement tools, and ensure teams have the resources needed to engage customers effectively.
