Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Proven track record writing technical/product content that drives conversions
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategy
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, conversion-focused content for email campaigns, sales collateral, web pages, blog posts, product documentation, and ad copy
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to inform content strategy and positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams to gather insights and ensure technical accuracy
  • Maintain and optimize existing content based on performance data and product updates
  • Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, and other B2B platforms
  • Execute multi-channel outreach programs, including email sequences, retargeting, and ABM campaigns
  • Work with marketing automation platforms to build workflows and nurture sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize based on conversion metrics
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure content aligns with promotional activities
