In this role, you'll contribute to marketing strategies that promote our products, generate leads, support our sales teams, and strengthen our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and print.
• Create, design and produce compelling digital and print collateral (brochures, catalogs, ads) that align with brand standards and messaging goals.
• Help manage and maintain a well-organized marketing asset library and content calendar-ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand technical product features and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
• Support planning and execution of event and trade show displays, logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and lead capture.
• Support content creation efforts such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and database management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Great at communicating, staying organized, and juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn technical product details.
• Familiarity with marketing and social platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
