About the position

The position involves developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies aimed at driving profitable growth. The candidate will establish a growth framework that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding across various business lines. Collaboration with the internal data and analytics team is essential to lead performance reporting, financial profitability, and test results. The role also requires managing a robust test and learn agenda to maximize production while ensuring efficiency and profitability. Additionally, the candidate will work with content, creative, legal, compliance, and other teams to optimize marketing efforts and drive incremental value, while also researching and monitoring competitor activity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build full-funnel marketing strategies designed to deliver profitable growth.
  • Establish a framework for growth with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across the lines of business.
  • Partner with the internal data & analytics team to lead the reporting of performance, financial profitability, and test results.
  • Construct and manage a robust test and learn agenda to maximize production while driving efficiency and profitability.
  • Partner with content, creative, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to optimize efforts and drive incremental value.
  • Research and monitor competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Deep working experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, in-app notifications, paid search, paid social, targeted display, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns and an ability to analyze and articulate how upper and mid-funnel tactics contribute to improved lower-funnel performance (media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution).
  • Experience in creating consumer go-to-market plans in a results-driven environment, improving metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, all with a highly data-driven, customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • A self-motivated, energetic, and self-directed learner with high intellectual curiosity.
  • High-powered interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
