About The Position

You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with creative, digital, and account teams, learning how insights, storytelling, and performance intersect to drive measurable results for clients. This position is ideal for a senior in college or a recent graduate eager to apply their marketing knowledge and writing skills to real-world client work.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to address challenges.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals and audience insights.
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as social posts, blogs, emails, and campaign messaging that connects with target audiences.
  • Conduct research to inform content strategy, keyword planning, and emerging digital trends.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and effective campaign delivery across channels.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of paid, owned, and influencer campaigns, including identifying creators and managing social activity.
  • Help collect, organize, and analyze campaign performance data to develop reports and insights that guide optimization.
  • Participate in team brainstorms, meetings, and presentations while supporting project organization and deliverables.
