You'll be a member of RealPage's Mixed Use division marketing team, which focuses on Buildium, Propertyware, and All Property Management. Responsibilities

  • Develop product, feature, and service positioning, packaging, messaging, and supporting documentation for GTM launches.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, customer segmentation, and marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution for new products, features and add-ons.
  • Partner with product and engineering in the development of product roadmap and market strategy to establish differentiation in our product offerings and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration.
  • Lead analysis of the market, customers, and competitive landscape that results in actionable insights.
  • Develop high-impact content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
  • Educate our customers, expose them to the breadth of our product, and help drive feature adoption.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Help define new processes and improve existing ones when it comes to working cross-functionally and executing on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities - you need to be able to write in layman's terms, clearly communicating the unique value proposition for each product in our portfolio
  • Experience building positioning, packaging, and pricing models
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across the organization, interfacing with marketing, product, engineering customer success, and sales
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with a SaaS software company a requirement
  • BA, but we're less concerned with your degree than we are with your experience
