About The Position

About the Role: The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for the ongoing administration of various marketing technology platforms to achieve marketing goals and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs. They design and configure system workflows to support the CX feedback program, customer email onboarding and nurture campaigns, lead generation, and integration between marketing systems and the enterprise CRM system. Ensure system operational procedures and processes are properly documented and kept up-to-date Partner with marketing strategists and business line stakeholders to document campaign requirements and translate into system configuration specifications (process flow diagrams, data file definitions, system object designs). Build the platform digital objects (web surveys, emails, landing pages, web forms) using system authoring tools (ex. Qualtrics) and HTML/CSS/JS for refinements. Configure system automation workflows (data file transfers, decision steps, distribution scheduling, triggering events, integrations) to fully leverage the system capabilities. Develop and conduct structured testing plans for new configurations and change management. Develop and distribute program performance monitoring reporting using in-system dashboard interfaces or system data exports in other analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI). Proactively stay informed about marketing technology system updates, determine their impact to the Bank’s platform, and contribute to test/change management processes. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. About You: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years systems administration of enterprise CX marketing automation (ex. Qualtrics), CRM or sales enablement platform required Strong technical and data analysis skills. High standard of customer service to both internal and external partners Ability to make clear recommendations and decisions Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong project management skills. Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JavaScript Familiarity with database query methods (SQL preferred) The pay range for this role is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
