About The Position
A company is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Integration Coordinator to manage EDI and marketplace integrations across internal teams, customers, and third-party platforms. This full-time, in-person role serves as a liaison between IT, Sales, Accounting/AP, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure accurate data flow and successful onboarding. This is a great opportunity for a technically inclined coordinator to play a key role in system integrations and operational success.
Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Excel proficiency required
- Basic technical understanding and strong attention to detail

- Experience with EDI or marketplace integrations preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing EDI and marketplace integrations from setup through go-live
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Troubleshooting integration and data flow issues
