The MarTech Data & Incubation Analyst leads the design, development, and deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytical models, rapid experimentation, and early‑stage validation in support of UPS’s Martech and Incubation initiatives. This role applies advanced analytics, ML modeling, and exploratory data analysis to shape emerging capabilities such as conversational UI, content intelligence, customer journey analytics, sentiment understanding, and propensity modeling. This leader oversees both onshore and offshore development teams, establishes model‑development best practices, and translates complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations. A core responsibility of this role is to solve marketer challenges through Automation and AI/ML, while owning delivery and execution of all MarTech incubation initiatives.
