About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant (MarTech) to support enterprise-level Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and associated applications (CJA, AJO, RT-CDP) within a complex marketing ecosystem. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to define customer data strategy, identity resolution frameworks, governance models, and audience activation capabilities across business units. The ideal candidate brings strong MarTech consulting experience and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Digital Strategy, MarTech Consulting, or Customer Data Platforms
  • Experience working within Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile management, and data deduplication concepts
  • Experience facilitating executive-level stakeholder workshops
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with XDM schema design and marketing data modeling
  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance initiatives
  • Background in multi-business-unit or global enterprise environments
  • Adobe certifications (AEP, RTCDP, CJA, AJO, AA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops across marketing, analytics, and technology teams
  • Translate business objectives into actionable MarTech roadmaps
  • Best practice use case development and requirements building working closely with the business to prioritize and document needs
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on CDP use cases and operating models
  • Drive adoption of best practices across enterprise environments
  • Define profile strategy including person and company-level identity logic
  • Work closely with Architects and Engineers to establish identity resolution and profile stitching methodology
  • Support enterprise data unification across multiple business units
  • Advise on marketing data layer structure, schemas, and governance standards
  • Define audience strategy (real-time and batch use cases)
  • Support cross-channel activation planning
  • Contribute to Customer Journey Analytics alignment and KPI validation where applicable
  • Develop business rules and governance frameworks for AEP/CDP environments
  • Establish documentation standards and data quality guardrails
  • Drive standardization, normalization, and compliance practices
  • Enable business users through structured training and knowledge transfer
