This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic ability, dealership experience, and the ability to perform complex repairs efficiently in a professional service environment. Experienced technicians from all automotive brands are encouraged to apply. Toyota experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a variety of vehicle systems
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Test drive vehicles and verify repair accuracy
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors and management
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior technicians when appropriate
