Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A, B, Master, or World Master level technicians
- Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience
- ASE or Manufacturer Certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems using advanced diagnostic tools
- Test drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
