Requirements
- Minimum 2+ year(s) of commercial flooring experience is required
- Ability to travel, including overnights and weekends, as project demands dictate (per diem provisions)
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation; must pass pre-employment drug screen and resipirator fit test
Responsibilities
- Lead the application of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and specialized hard surface flooring systems
- Oversee technical preparation, including patching, repairing, and precision cleaning
- Manage production targets, equipment maintenance, and material efficiency while maintaining strict OSHA / safety compliance
