About The Position

This role works in multiple systems, responsible for data creation,
maintenance, supersessions, pricing, costing, customer inquiry resolution,
supplier quote submission and follow up including pricing, weights, dimensions
and lead times. Support to Product Support Groups for internal/external
customers providing timely responses and resolutions to requests.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in materials, logistics or purchasing or equivalent degree
• 1 to 3 years of related experience is required
• Experience with data management, materials management or purchasing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with business systems, PC and other office equipment
• Proficient keyboard skills and intermediate skill level with Microsoft systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Data maintenance of all product requests from internal and external customers
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing and availability. Utilizing GPM to update pricing and costing
• Create and update supersessions
• Processing Inquiries from internal and external requests.
• Resolve data issues and with suppliers
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards, perform job functions in a safe manner, wear all PPE required by Company Policy where required, know & follow established job specific and facility wide safety & health procedures and rules, participate in safety and health training & demonstrate competency based on training received, and bring safety and health issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those you can.
