Master Electrician – Residential Electrical Division Leader
About The Position
Capital Heating, Cooling & Electric is one of the fastest-growing residential home services companies in the Milwaukee area. We’re hiring a Master Electrician to lead and grow our Residential Electrical Division. This is not a standard electrician role. This position is for a proven residential professional who can build a team, drive residential electrical sales, and help scale a high-performing division. Leadership, sales execution, and team development are the primary focus. Requirements
- Wisconsin Master Electrician License (required)
- 4+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong customer communication and sales confidence
- Experience training or mentoring others
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute residential electrical work
- HVAC electrical reconnections and change-outs
- New HVAC electrical connections
- EV charger installations
- Electrical panel upgrades and service work
- Residential rewiring projects
- Residential electrical inspections
- Support HVAC installers with electrical needs
- Diagnose issues and recommend code-compliant solutions
- Present homeowner options and close residential electrical upgrades
- Educate customers on safety, code requirements, and long-term value
- Help establish best practices, pricing standards, and training systems
- Train and mentor electricians as the team grows
